What you will do
- Lead sales enablement for MCN professional services incl. assets, automation, blueprint, best practices, techno-commercial value prop., lessons learned, bid readiness etc.
- Lead 'multi-channel' commercial submission as SPOC for Customer Fulfillment Representatives (CFR) across multiple submissions when required
- Lead MCN E2E services review prior to commercial submission for MCN opportunities
- Advance interface, integration and division of responsibility (DoR) alignment with SIs, and solution partners based on our portfolio and capabilities
- Manage CoE systems across the lifecycle and across the PoCs, in collaboration with E2E solution lead and PoC teams
- Develop E2E portfolio readiness and packaging for MCN requirements, in collaboration with BAs and peer domains
- Support CFR(s) for the MCN commercial submission with guideline on scope, timeline, effort, DoR across the sales campaign
- Support CFR(s) for portfolio gap, requirements and exemption approval alignment
- Providing early visibility into end user and prime SI requirements or challenges (solutions, services) to support roadmap and org. readiness
- E2E CFR for prioritized submissions on a case-by-case basis
Skills you bring
- Deeper understanding of end-user environments, requirements, and challenges for rail, PKD, utility (preferably more than one segment)
- End-to-end services expertise for mission-critical networks, with at least SME competence in one domain
- Proven track record in deployment projects and operations for complex, multi-party engagements and long sales cycle
- Proven track record for driving automation and efficiency across E2E professional services
- A developed understanding of the MCN ecosystem and partner solutions
- More than 12 years of professional experience, with at least B. Sc. or equivalent qualification.
