Job Description

We are seeking a Martech Enablement Operations Lead to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the end-to-end owner of our marketing technology ecosystem and customer communications tech stack, leading the design, execution, and continuous optimization of CRM marketing programs.

You will drive the orchestration of customer engagement experiences, ensuring seamless delivery across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other core Martech solutions. This role blends strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to deliver scalable, high-impact customer experiences.

Impact:

  • Own and lead end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing workstreams, from grooming through execution, optimization, and measurement, driving incremental revenue, conversions, engagement, and increased customer retention
  • Architect and optimize cross-channel customer journeys that deliver best-in-class, data-driven experiences
  • Act as the primary bridge between Marketing and IT, defining clear requirements and guiding technical implementation to achieve business outcomes
  • Drive roadmap and prioritization of Martech initiatives, tools, and capabilities to enhance speed, scalability, and long-term platform health and business goals
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and translate insights into best practices, standards, and governance
  • Make, guide, and enforce key architectural and operational decisions (e.g., real-time vs. batch, triggered vs. scheduled, dynamic vs. static content strategies)
  • Oversee and ensure excellence in campaign execution, including automation design, testing frameworks, data flows, and performance monitoring
  • Establish and evolve data architecture and governance practices to enable personalization, segmentation, and measurement at scale
  • Influence cross-functional strategy across Marketing, IT, Product, and Analytics to align on customer experience outcomes

Qualifications

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (development and administration) with a strong grasp of platform capabilities and limitations
  • Bring a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable Martech solutions
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and ownership, with experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Are highly effective at prioritization, planning, and delegation across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Have a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution
  • Possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can adapt quickly while maintaining high standards

A plus if you have:

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields
  • Marketing Cloud Certification strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Language Skills:

  • Required: English

Physical Demands:

Work is primarily sedentary, performed indoors from a home or company office environment. The role requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office productivity equipment. Occasional travel may be required for vendor meetings, industry conferences, or internal team events (estimated up to 10% of time).
