Monday app marketplace allows 225,000 monday customers to perfect their workflows with powerful apps built by our ecosystem of third-party developers. The app marketplace allows any developer in the world to build, publish, and monetize their apps to grow a successful and sustainable business. In just a few years, we grew from 20 to 750 applications, 350 partners in the marketplace, +3M visitors and 1M installations. And we are just starting!

We are looking for a marketplace Partner Success Team Lead with a proven track record in partnership management, driving technical apps from initiation to growth, and scaling our SaaS ecosystem.

The Marketplace success team is responsible for the constant growth of the marketplace partners’ business on top of monday. Providing them with product and business insights, spearheading the strategy and execution of partner success initiatives at monday.com. You'll lead a high-performing team to onboard, support, and grow our most strategic marketplace partners, ensuring they thrive within our ecosystem. From developing scalable playbooks and performance dashboards to driving go-to-market operations and championing partner needs internally, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketplace. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about partnerships, product building, operational excellence, and driving measurable business impact.


About The Role
  • Lead the success team from planning to execution. - The team will own, drive and manage partnerships against quarterly targets.
  • Partner onboarding and success: Define how we should prioritize and onboard new Marketplace Partners, and ensure they achieve commercial success with monday.com.
  • Be our top partner's point of contact - communicate on a regular basis with our partners about their app performance and growth potential, upcoming feature releases, technical support, ticket acceleration, and ways they can improve their existing and planned released apps for monday.com users. 
  • Improve our partner GTM: Collaborate with different client facing teams at monday.com such as the Channel Partner managers, Sales, Marketing, and CS in order to increase partner growth and lead touch app sales flow. 
  • Improve partners’ product and strategy: Help both new and existing partners gain a deep understanding of our platform, customer needs, and product roadmap, enabling them to build high-quality, impactful apps.
  • Develop playbooks & processes to support partners: Build out the framework for how our partners engage with monday.com and develop repeatable processes to help our teams' efficiency and allow us to support and help more partners find success with monday.com.
  • Dashboard/information sharing: Develop dashboards (working with our business analyst) and other information-sharing opportunities to ensure teams' success in meeting defined goals.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to all partners and internal teams. 
  • Be the voice of the partners - Understand the technical requirements of our marketplace partners and work closely with the internal product teams to guide the direction of our product offerings.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of related customer facing experience (SaaS partnerships, customer success)
  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Product mindset, Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, and technical integrations.
  • Experience in business development, consulting, sales and project management
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and proactive approach 
  • Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote skills.
  • An understanding of solution design. You aim to keep processes as simple as possible while delivering our goals and keeping long-term scalability in mind.
