About the Role:

At Panorama Education, our website is a powerful inbound marketing engine, generating leads, brand affinity, product awareness and furthering our vision to create best-in-class content and community for educational leaders. We are looking for a talented website marketer to fuel the performance and growth of Panorama’s largest marketing channel. 

In this role, you will lead Panorama’s website marketing strategy, including planning and implementing large-scale projects to improve lead acquisition, user experience, conversion rates, organic search ranking, and interest in Panorama’s product and services. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own Panorama’s website marketing strategy, including the design, implementation, and analysis of experiments to improve conversion rates and net new lead acquisition 
  • Optimize new and existing web pages for top Google search ranking using the Clearscope SEO copywriting tool 
  • Lead and project manage a large-scale website redesign/revisioning project in collaboration with colleagues from product marketing, design, sales, and our external web development agency 
  • Create and share monthly website reports with stakeholders on key metrics including website acquisition, engagement, conversion, and campaign revenue 
  • Stay current on website best practices; train and share best practices with other members of the marketing team 

This job is for you if you have:

  • 3+ years marketing experience managing a lead-generating website or multiple lead-generating websites 
  • Demonstrated growth metrics improving website lead acquisition and conversion rates 
  • Demonstrated growth metrics improving organic search ranking for targeted search terms on Google 
  • Strong copywriting skills and design aesthetic 
  • Basic understanding of HTML for purposes of small website updates and agency communications 
  • Demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and serving as project manager, working with multiple stakeholders to hit goals on a timeline and achieving desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues across departments and disciplines
