Devo Technology is a privately held, hyper-growth SaaS company, and we are looking for a Web Marketing Manager to help take our web and digital presence to the next level. You will work across the Marketing team to own strategy and execution for our website and other interactive experiences.

You’ll partner with our Corporate Marketing team to ensure we’re telling our story through digital experiences, with our Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams to develop effective landing pages, our Product Marketing team to create compelling and interactive content to showcase our products, and our Revenue Operations team to optimize engagement and conversion. You’ll also serve as the key point of contact for our web and SEO agencies. A positive, ambitious, tenacious, and can-do attitude is a must, while also being able to have fun while disrupting the cybersecurity market.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall web strategy and execution for Devo, including adding new content and functionality to website, running A/B tests, managing web workflow and requests
  • Own Devo’s SEO strategy and execution, working with an outside agency and internal content team
  • Manage relationship and workflow with external web agency, including prioritizing development work, bug fixes, and building a plan for site improvements 
  • Serve as central resource for Marketing team members who are responsible for adding content to website, and do user training as needed
  • Own Google Tag Manager instance, work with agency partners to ensure everything is tracking appropriately
  • Establish a monthly reporting cadence to track SEO, traffic, conversions, page performance, A/B testing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ year experience driving B2B web strategy and optimization initiatives
  • Experience with SEO strategy
  • Experience with WordPress, WP Engine, Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Optimize, Tag Manager)
  • Excellent project management skills - experience with Monday.com or comparable PM tool a plus
  • Successful working with cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with HTML & CSS a plus
