We help growers adopt new practices that boost the resilience and profitability of their crops, while drawing carbon out of the atmosphere. In doing so we are unlocking the world’s largest potential untapped carbon sink to restore the health of our planet.

Critical to that effort is recruiting corporate supporters. Companies on the vanguard of fighting climate change are already committing to purchase the carbon credits produced by our farmers, rewarding their progress and incentivizing even bigger changes to restore the health of our planet.

The purpose of this role is to help us expand this base of corporate supporters, by explaining our carbon credits to prospective buyers in a maximally compelling way. 

Specifically, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Carbon Partners is at the hub of product, marketing, and sales, and helps with all sales and go-to-market for partners and buyers. You excel in bringing people together, establishing common goals and putting together compelling presentations and content to meet our OKRs. You are excited about working with our large-scale partners like Corteva, The North Face, JPMorgan Chase, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner cross-functionally to build training, go-to-market activities, collateral, and more for large-scale partners

    • Manage multiple GTM workstreams at once and work to build out a scalable model to reach partners and buyers Ï

    • Coordinate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders and lead the sales presentations and go-to-market activities

    • Help design and communicate training materials, especially for field teams

    • Hand off parts of the project, while keeping everything on track

    • Collaborate on partner training and lead when necessary

  • Work alongside the product team to ensure we are building a product that is both scalable and meets partner needs

    • Ideate and execute scalable partner and buyer strategies that drive success for all stakeholders

    • Solicit and synthesize feedback from internal and external stakeholders to provide thoughtful input to product development teams

    • Strategically work with product and partners to strategically build products that are scalable and effective

  • Able to manage ambiguity and work on multiple workstreams simultaneously w/excellent, on time delivery

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Product Management experience in B2B, client-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze & synthesize information and convert it into actionable product marketing plans and business cases
  • Strategic thinking to understand and map market opportunities and needs
  • Experience in growth marketing/growth hacking

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
