Responsibilities
About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will create and execute on a strategy for brand awareness and demand generation for the Employee Benefits (EB) area of the business. Ultimately, they will be responsible for awareness and top of the funnel leads.

  • The role reports to the Marketing Leader for Aura's EB business.
  • The role will be part of an innovative team, working in a fast-paced environment in a high-growth area of the business.
  • The role will be a vital part of the team, helping the EB business meet its aggressive sales goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate brand awareness among employers, benefits brokers, and other alternate channels leveraging the D2C marketing and PR teams' efforts and developing separate efforts for EB.
  • Develop content (blogs, infographics, videos, eBooks, etc.) to educate buyers on market problems/trends and Aura solution.
  • Create and execute on a strategy to leverage content in social media, SEO efforts, retargeting ads, website development, etc.
  • Arm Business Development Representatives with lead gen content and tools to execute on campaigns.
  • Work with 3rd party organization, associations, vendors and partners to generate awareness and demand in different markets.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities and adjust as needed.


Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in B2B marketing, lead gen, PR, and brand in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast paced company
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot, including setting up and reporting on campaigns. Experience with High Velocity Sales is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Suite is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills with examples
  • Graphic design experience a plus
