Senior SEO Specialist
The Senior SEO Specialist will be an integral part of LogicManager’s go-to-market strategy which heavily focuses on inbound, organic leads. We are looking for a curious, data-driven SEO specialist to fuel our demand generation team and create awareness of our solutions in the marketplace. This position will be responsible for the strategy, research, analysis, and implementation of SEO strategies across our brand, product, customer, and recruitment marketing. Your goal will be to use SEO/SEM best practices to help prospective companies and employees become aware that LogicManager may have the solution to their problem! This role will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, customer advisory, and external agencies/vendors to uncover new revenue opportunities.

What you’ll be doing on our team
- Developing in-depth content strategy recommendations based on keyword and market research
- Identify new traffic opportunities and unmet user intents that align with our strategy
- Lead the research and insights from recurring website audits, competitor research, and opportunity analysis
- Addressing technical issues
- Own and measure the performance of organic traffic
- Provide feedback on market research to sales, advisory, and product marketing Writing and implementing some search engine optimized copy
- Optimizing other content for SEO
- Working directly on our website to implement changes
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and Google algorithm updates
- Collaborating cross-functionality within the marketing team and across customer and product-related functions, like sales, product management, and advisory
About you and what skills you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree1-3 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency
- Demonstrated track record of business results through SEO
- Prior experience with technical aspects of SEO (HTML markup, canonical URLs, etc.) and the ability to implement as needed
- Must-have: Experience with Google Analytics and SEO and keyword research tools, and Wordpress or other CMS
- Nice to have: Experience with Google Ads, Pardot or other marketing automation tools, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Strong curiosity, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software is essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully drive projects to completion
