As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Real-Time Mastering you will be responsible for the launch and growth of a new set of platform capabilities. You’ll work closely with Product leadership to define the vision and strategy. You will partner with Sales and Demand Generation to drive messaging and positioning by influencing campaigns and owning core sales material. You will also work with Product and Customer Success to ensure our go-to-market strategies are tightly aligned with what we’re delivering to customers. The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent problem solving and communication skills, and have a demonstrated history of a ‘bias for action’.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and share insights about how our target buyer (executive-level data professionals) considers, evaluates, and acquires similar technologies 
  • Create sales collateral (e.g. product overviews, demo storylines and analytics) and webpages to highlight our product capabilities
  • Develop communication strategies to differentiate our products and refine our positioning
  • Own Analyst Relations, and further Tamr’s position as the modern approach to data mastering
  • Support global sales enablement to advise our teams on product and market positioning 
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to develop messaging and positioning to support campaign design, outreach and digital marketing strategies
  • Manage interdependent go-to-market projects and keep various work streams on track
  • Establish a deep-understanding of the Master Data Management (MDM) industry, and elevate the organization’s insight into trends & competitive dynamics
  • Partner with the Product and Demand Generation teams to identify the right metrics to track and execute campaigns that drive higher conversion and product adoption across sales stages 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, with at least 2 years in a product marketing or management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and summarize actionable insights
  • Ability to understand a complex data ecosystem and our positioning within it

Nice to haves:

  • Experience marketing to B2B organizations and/or technical audiences
  • Experience in the data industry or track record of executing on data-driven projects
  • Strong working knowledge of the cloud ecosystem
  • Technical degree or MBA
