The Senior Paid Search (PPC) Specialist will be an integral part of LogicManager’s go-to-market strategy which heavily focuses on inbound leads. We are looking for a curious, data-driven Paid Search Specialist to fuel our demand generation team and create awareness of our solutions in the marketplace. This position will be responsible for the strategy, research, analysis, and implementation of PPC strategies across our brand, product, customer, and recruitment marketing. Your goal will be to use Paid Search best practices to help prospective companies and employees become aware that LogicManager may have the solution to their problem through a variety of paid channels! This role will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, customer advisory, and external agencies/vendors to uncover new revenue opportunities.

What you’ll be doing on our team

  • Oversee day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid search activities, including keyword selection, bidding, ad copy testing and conversion optimization
  • Analyze account data, find optimizations, trends, competitive insights, forecast budget needs
  • Manage and optimize a marketing spend to meet ROI goals
  • Develop in-depth content strategy recommendations based on keyword and market research, competitor research, and opportunity analysis
  • Identify new traffic opportunities and unmet user intents that align with our strategy
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and react to deviations from plan quickly
  • Own and measure the performance of paid traffic
  • Provide feedback on market research to sales, advisory, and product marketing Write and implement some optimized copy
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and Google updates
  • Design and execute A/B tests to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionality within the marketing team and across customer and product-related functions, like sales, product management, and advisory

About you and what skills you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of Paid Search experience (in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated track record of business results through paid channels
  • Prior experience with technical aspects of PPC for tracking and measuring success
  • Must-have: Experience with various online advertising tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and Bing Ads
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Nice to have: Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation tools, Wordpress, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Strong curiosity, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software is essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully drive projects to completion
