Job Description

The Senior Manager, Demand Generation is instrumental in leading the team responsible for driving new business and customer demand through hyper-targeted campaigns. This position requires a savvy marketing leader who wants to continually test, lean on the data, and collaborate across functions to continually find new ways of reaching target audiences and building pipeline, at scale. The ideal candidate is a SaaS, demand generation expert, who is highly analytical, strong people manager, and can operate at both the strategic and tactical level.

This role reports into VP, Revenue Marketing and is a high impact/high visibility opportunity to join and lead a best-in-class team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new business and customer demand generation engine to fuel pipeline growth
  • Own creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies, partnering with Sales, Product and Corporate Marketing; also working closely on broader GTM, buyer personas, value-based messaging
  • Lead a high preforming, metrics-driven team to drive growth through integrated, multi-tiered demand generation campaigns
  • Elevate automation tracks, continually adding layers of content & experiences to optimize performance; refine segmented approach of SMB through Enterprise segments
  • Ensure consistent inbound and outbound touchpoints across customer lifecycles, focusing on revenue opportunity
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and lead qualification
  • Optimize the demand gen funnel, refining accountability, attribution, and reporting
  • Own defined % of new business and customer pipeline through contributions of intent based, inbound leads
  • Work closely with sales leaders on shared revenue goals to derive insights and drive leads to conversion
  • Continually dive into the analytics; report out performance and forecasts to leadership on regular basis

Qualifications

You...

  • Have ~5-8 years of B2B marketing experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Are a strong leader, with desire to grow, scale and manage a strong team
  • Have a passion for customers, with experience running lifecycle and demand initiatives at scale
  • Thrive on the ability to keep a real-time pulse on campaigns, continually interpret and apply findings to optimize performance
  • Work well cross functionally, partnering with leaders from sales, product, and operations organizations to obtain shared success
  • Are familiar with marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo), CRM (preferably salesforce.com) web analytics, and business intelligence (preferably Tableau)
  • Constantly show your bias toward action; driving results and innovation is your preferred path forward
  • Have a bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing-related field), while continuing to deep dive into market and industry trends, innovative methodologies, etc.
