Scandit is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Marketing and Operations responsible for leading the global digital marketing and operations teams and accelerating our Inbound and ABM lead generation programs via digital channels and marketing automation technology. What You Will Do 

  • Oversee planning, development and execution of Outbound and Inbound Digital marketing efforts. 
  • Spearhead implementation of account-based marketing (ABM) programs via digital channels, optimizing leads acquisition, engagement and management across the entire sales and marketing funnel (demand gen waterfall). 
  • Lead implementation and management of integrated CRM and digital marketing technology to support targeting, engagement and insight for targeted ABM accounts. 
  • Partner with Sales Operations to optimize and maintain Marketo/Salesforce integration, lead management, and demand gen analytics. 
  • Oversee 3rd party digital programs to acquire customers efficiently and at scale through media agencies. 
  • Lead the team responsible for Inbound customer acquisition including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, website management and content marketing. 
  • Lead the team responsible for Marketing Automation and Operations. Generate marketing performance reports, analyze data and perform A/B testing to get higher return on demand generation efforts. 
  • Understand Scandit portfolio and its value proposition and apply the knowledge to segmenting customer databases and executing product lifecycle and marketing email campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with Brand and Content Marketing to ensure consistency in visual design, brand messaging and points of differentiation across all digital touch points. 
  • Work cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Sales, Sales Operations, Channel and Partnerships) to support company-wide go-to-market strategy and awareness and demand generation objectives. 
  • Be the visionary and the expert on digital marketing: stay on top of trends, technologies and tactics designed to improve our online presence and performance. Evaluate and make a compelling business case for adoption and expected value. 
  • Continuously measure ROI and KPIs, make budget proposals. 
  • Be the ambassador of Scandit high-performance culture that values learning and commitment to quality. 

Who You Are 

  • 10+ years of B2B experience, preferably in a SaaS or other IT companies. 
  • 10+ years of digital marketing execution and management experience, including deep understanding of marketing automation, website operations, SEM/SEO, social media, paid digital media, email, ABM, reporting and insights. 
  • Bachelor or Master’s level degree in Computer Science (preferred), Marketing, Business Administration or other related field. 
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) technical concepts and tools including relational databases, customer data integration, and campaign management. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to frame complex digital marketing, CRM and technical concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding among business audiences. 
  • Ability to engage at multiple levels within the organization to influence decisions. 
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors, managing budget and contracts. 
  • Planning/project management. 
  • Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration and quality of execution.
