Senior Manager, North America Portfolio Pricing - US Remote

The North America team is responsible for localizing, and executing on, the global Vista strategy to best serve our customers across the US and Canada. A cross-functional team, we work across local marketing and product teams, and partner directly with global functions (manufacturing, customer care, marketing, creative, pricing, technology, finance, data & analytics) to deliver the best experience for our customers. To truly serve our customers, it is imperative that we work backwards from customer needs and ensure our core decisions are aligned with our value proposition for Vistaprint's portfolio of products and services: how we set list prices, promote discounts, and how we determine product and service exposure across channels and key customer touchpoints. As the Sr. Manager leading the NA portfolio pricing strategy, you will be responsible for translating audience, product, pricing and promo strategies into a cohesive marketing and channel strategy, while also identifying new opportunities for growth across the US & CA. You will report to the General Manager of North America and work closely with counterparts from our Pricing & Promotions team, Marketing, Product, and other global functions.
What You Will Do:
- Further develop and evolve the local customer strategy across North America (US & CA Markets) in support of Vista's global strategy
- Orchestrate setting optimal effective prices (list price and targeted discounts based on varying customer attributes and audiences) throughout the year and sync across marketing efforts (full-funnel customer campaigns, channel mix)
- Lead discussions with the Pricing & Promotions, Finance, and Analytics team members to refine success measurements and develop a continuous test and learn roadmap
- Work directly with marketing and channel team members to develop, track, and analyze go-to-market and channel plans that reflect our strategy and help us push the boundaries of what's been done historically
- Work closely with our global customer insights and voice of customer teams to driver performance through competitive and customer insights.
- Focus on driving long term customer value and health of our customer cohorts

- 8+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, pricing, or related field
- A passion for pricing and promotions, and the role that these elements play in the customer journey
- Knowledge of marketing channels and key success metrics
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; Ability to effectively interface and influence at all levels and with external partners
- Rigor in making data-driven decisions and an experimentation approach that helps us learn effectively
- Ability to formulate strategy but also dig in and execute as needed
