THE ROLE: Senior Analyst, Engagement Innovation Marketing
We’re looking for…
A Senior Analyst to join our entrepreneurial, analytical Engagement Innovation Marketing team focused on engaging our 35M+ members. The right person will be able to serve as a program manager with a strong technical eye and analytical mind to help build communications that reach customers at the right time, with the right content, through the right channels.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Own and drive marketing strategy to achieve Customer Engagement business goals
- Own KPI’s for key customer lifecycle programs
- Partner cross-functionally with a broad set of internal stakeholders, including Creative, Data Science, Marketing Technology to plan and execute campaigns
- Partner with Marketing Operations team to build key lifecycle programs
- Lead Product Development for lifecycle/CRM automated messaging technology platforms
- Collaborate with MarTech and Data Science to design services that reliably and quickly deliver personalized, targeted notifications
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand their businesses and co-develop solutions to supercharge growth and improve customer satisfaction/engagement
- Collaborate with the UX/Design team to simplify how internal users interact with v the applications and improve platform efficiency through more automation
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to increase the relevancy and effectiveness of our emails & push notifications
- Develop recommendations and innovative ideas from data monitoring to better personalize our emails & push notifications
- Drill down into channel performance trends and identify root-cause drivers
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to build robust A/B tests
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- 3+ years of experience in program management, product management, management strategy consulting (tech field), or digital marketing
- Solid technical literacy -- you understand the underpinnings of Product to make key decisions and can effectively communicate with engineers and data scientists
- Builder mentality -- you think in terms of customer problems and technology solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
- A “no excuses” mentality that pushes through issues with creative solutions and tenacity, while maintaining a grace-under-pressure demeanor
- BS/BA in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business, or other concentrations with significant quantitative focus
- Track record of high achievement as demonstrated by GPA (3.5+) and professional trajectory

- Understanding of the marketing messaging vendor space from end to end, with direct vendor relationships a plus.
- Solid understanding of the mechanics and lifecycle of email, SMS, and push notifications, as well as experience with emerging messaging channels.
- Solid SQL data wrangling skills and ability to create data stories and reports with visualization tools such as Looker. Experience calling APIs using Python or other languages
- Worked in product and have demonstrated success in creating business-focused products, not just maintaining the work of others.
- Experience in e-commerce, either for large online retailers or for technology service providers
