What You'll Do
- Build pipeline and regional brand awareness through a diversified set of in-person and virtual events, channel/partner programs, and account-based marketing
- Forecast and plan demand generation activities to hit established pipeline goals
- Establish, measure, and analyze metrics for demand generation programs to refine and optimize approaches and pipeline production
- Align extremely closely with sales directors and RVPs to deliver regionalized demand generation programs
- Produce, and keep current, a regional marketing plan to convey to sales and marketing leadership as needed
Who You Are
- Proven track record of demand generation and lead management in a security, B2B/SaaS company
- Experience with marketing and sales platforms including Salesforce or Hubspot
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
- Independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and a great problem solver
- Capable of maintaining positive, productive relationships with fast-paced and bold sales-team personalities
- An analytical, data-driven, creative, smart, fun...team player
