About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable PMM to own the messaging and go-to-market support for our multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) solution.

In this role, you’ll be in the center of  Panorama’s vision to drive student outcomes across academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning. By understanding the K-12 education market, listening closely to educators, and partnering with colleagues across Panorama, you’ll own the crafting, sharing, and evolution of Panorama’s MTSS story, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

This is an exciting opportunity for a PMM seeking to deliver an innovative solution that supports learning recovery and achievement for all students across the country. You’ll work closely with functional stakeholders across the organization to determine the most effective path to delivering our MTSS solution to K-12 districts while achieving key revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to meet revenue goals
  • Lead the go-to-market planning and execution for new MTSS feature launches
  • Understand and support our marketing channels and sales enablement needs: develop internal tools and external collateral to demonstrate how our products address key MTSS challenges for school districts 
  • Partner with colleagues across Panorama, particularly from Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for upcoming MTSS solutions
  • Gain customer insights through qualitative and quantitative data—K-12 market trends, internal reporting, customer feedback, and more—to inform MTSS product development, product messaging, and marketing
  • Help shape product marketing team norms and practices as we grow

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience at B2B companies required
    • Experience at companies serving K-12 systems preferred
  • Proven record of driving business growth through clear, compelling audience-first messaging and go-to-market planning
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills to coordinate competing requests from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to meet ambitious revenue and growth goals in partnership with colleagues across Panorama
  • Demonstrated experience understanding the impact of and incorporating attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work 
  • Comfort with ambiguity through demonstration of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving
