Product Marketing Lead

Boston, MA - Marketing - Full-Time

mabl is a well-funded technology company that is revolutionizing the test automation industry. Here at mabl, we believe the software testing market isn’t about tests passing or failing, it's about quality intelligence and it’s ripe for disruption.  We are building a platform that collects large amounts of data from test runs which is then used to provide insights to customers to help them improve the quality of their applications. Our customers include leaders in their industries such as Kayak, Charles Schwab, Jetblue, and many others.  

Why we need you: 

Since launching our product to market last year, we’ve been focused on a content first marketing strategy.  Now, as we scale our business focused on enterprise, we’re looking to add expertise in product marketing to help incorporate our user's voice into our messaging, create new marketing assets for our customers, and help promote the success of our users through case studies and other assets.  This is a unique opportunity to join a stellar marketing team of experts in demand generation, content marketing, and product evangelization.  

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate our customers and prospects and design website messaging tailored to their needs

• Develop product content including whitepapers, solutions briefs, and presentations

• Work closely with our product team to help incorporate user feedback into our roadmap

• Meet with our customers to help share their stories and promote their success

• Develop sales collateral 

• Organize events globally designed to help our users collaborate with one another and help shape the mabl roadmap

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing and/or product management experience

• Ability to synthesize feedback from many different sources and drive decisions

• Excellent organizational skills coupled with strong writing ability

• Ability to be hands-on while also leading projects

• Passion for technology and working with customers

• Analytical and quantitative skills 

• Bachelor's degree
