Devo is a privately held, hyper-growth SaaS company, and we are looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about cybersecurity, building strong connections with our customers, and making a positive impact on the business through showcasing our customer stories. This key position will be responsible for elevating our customer advocacy program by building relationships with customers, nurturing customers into advocates, and helping to source and create customer success stories, reviews, and other public customer related content. 

We are looking for a highly-motivated, proactive, and innovative person who thrives in a customer facing role. You will work directly with customers, partners, product management, sales, customer success, and the marketing team at large, leveraging our customer base and customer stories to make an impact on the business. As part of the customer marketing team, you will play a key role in amplifying the voice of the customer. A positive, ambitious, tenacious, and can-do attitude is a must, while also being able to have fun while disrupting the cybersecurity market.
Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with our customer base and build strong customer relationships 
  • Work cross-functionally with our product marketing, customer success, and product management teams to deliver a world-class customer experience 
  • Play a key role in managing Devo’s customer advocacy program; Nurture our customers into advocates and invite them to do various public facing activities with Devo 
  • Help source, create, manage, and market our customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and other public customer related content 
  • Own our relationships with 3rd party review sites
  • Assist with customer communications around product launches, events, and webinars 
    Work with the marketing team to leverage the voice of the customer to tell a compelling Devo story and increase Devo brand awareness 
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating customer events, both in-person and virtual
  • Assist with customer community related work to drive growth and engagement in the community

Experience and Education:

  • 0-2 years experience in a customer facing and/or product marketing role in the enterprise B2B software industry; security space preferred 
  • BA/BS degree
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong engagement with customers
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn and understand software solutions in the B2B space 
  • Advanced user of Office Suite, G Suite; experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus
