A marketing technology rockstar who thinks that Salesforce innovation is always in style. You will play a major role in evolving Marketing Cloud for Rue Gilt Groupe, the premier online fashion retailer with over 20 million customers worldwide.
This role is the perfect blend of core technological skills and marketing practices. You will partner with Marketing and Technology teams to find creative, hands-on-keyboard solutions to technical challenges while driving business outcomes.

Objectives:
- Participate as a hands-on Salesforce Architect
- Execute according to the unique needs of a flash-sale retailer
- Champion innovative methodologies to enhance business impact
- Manage project cycles to deliver according to schedule and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert
- Uphold best practices in deliverability and quality assurance
What you’ll accomplish:
- Develop Salesforce infrastructure (including data feeds, automations, and API triggers) to optimize the customer experience
- Create personalized email templates and landing pages with HTML and Ampscript
- Customize the Rue and Gilt websites, using both internal and external tools, to deliver targeted marketing messages and experiences to members
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues
- Lead deliverability best practices, including driving improvements in deliverability monitoring and reporting, to maximize inbox placement
- Continually innovate by finding opportunities to enhance business impact while improving team efficiency
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise-level email marketing platform – Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a strong plus
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and data structures
- 1+ years of experience with HTML5
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Systems or related field
- Passionate about digital marketing technology, data, and their implications for retail
