Marketing Operations Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and mission-aligned Marketing Operations Manager with a technology background and experience with marketing automation, sales engagement, and relationship management platforms. The right candidate brings a proven track record of building successful marketing automation programs and driving continual improvement from start to finish. This role will take a proactive approach to optimizing existing lead management processes, staying current on industry best practices, and recommending new processes.
Specific responsibilities of the role include:
- Own and optimize Bevi’s marketing technology stack inclusive of Pardot, Salesloft, Marketo Measure, and like tools
- Work closely with Sales Operations to manage integration with Salesforce and other platforms
- Proactively work with the marketing team to build and manage marketing campaigns
- Map Bevi’s lead lifecycle by identifying process improvements for each stage, including campaign creation, lead generation, lead scoring, qualification, conversion, attribution, and reporting through to sales handoff
- Develop and maintain scalable processes for collecting, managing, and cleaning all relevant data for marketing analysis and performance reporting
- Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurement
- Create and maintain reporting to generate insights related to marketing and sales activities
- Understand industry best practices for automation tools; evaluate new technologies and onboard new vendors
- Serve as the subject matter expert over all marketing technology stack applications
- Develop lead nurture and drip workflows
- Assist with reporting, including campaign ROI analysis, data visualization, and insights
- Act as a Marketing data steward—maintain database quality and ensure data collection integrity
- Manage global compliance GDPR, CAN SPAM, CASL, CCPA, etc.
- Improve systems and software integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or similar discipline
- 3-5 years in a marketing operations role in a B2B environment, experience in a SaaS business a plus
- Demonstrated expertise with marketing automation and lead management tools (Pardot, Salesloft, and Salesforce a plus)
- Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An entrepreneurial mindset. We’re looking for a self-starter with high operational acumen, looking to make a big impact in a quickly growing organization
