Marketing Operations Manager
About the role:
You will work collaboratively with our Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and IT teams and leaders to implement best in class technologies and processes to simplify and improve our execution and reporting. In your role you will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally to identify and lead projects, solve key business problems, and be a force multiplier throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Be a thought partner and go to resource for our Demand and Field Marketing teams to execute Marketo programs and measure campaign and program performance
- Audit and recommend best practices for marketing automation (e.g. Lead Scoring), oversee integration upgrades, troubleshoot issues, drive adoption of new features and functionality and identify new technologies to improve our day-to-day execution
- Analyzing program results against KPIs to identify trends and ensure programs are designed to be executed and measured correctly
- Build our data management practice – everything from documentation to ongoing data management, ensuring data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and email marketing (CAN-SPAM, CASL) compliance
Qualifications:
· Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and lead generation best practices
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation or marketing operations
· Experience with a variety of marketing and CRM technologies; Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Drift, Integrate, On24, or similar tools is a plus
· Deep curiosity, empathy, and drive to get things done in a collaborative team environment
· Thoughtful problem-solving tendencies with the ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement
