Marketing Operations Analyst
The Marketing Operations Analyst will join our growing Marketing Operations Team to play a key role in tracking and analyzing performance across all marketing functions, monitoring marketing spend relative to budget, and working cross functionally to improve existing processes. As the go-to resource for day to day performance tracking, you’ll use a variety of systems to organize large sets of data needed to support fact-based strategic decisions. Serving as a liaison between sales and marketing, you’ll be responsible for maintaining day to day operations as well as identifying opportunities for process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, an aptitude for analytical thinking, and the ability to think strategically.
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, a typical day might include:
Analyzing program results against KPIs to identify trends and ensuring programs are designed to be executed and measured correctly
Presenting weekly updates on Sales and Marketing performance to ensure quarterly and annual targets are achieved
Building models to predict future performance of sales and marketing, ensure the department remains on budget, and determine demand generation targets
Tracking department level spend relative to budget
Leveraging BI and attribution tools to analyze complex data sets and configure dashboards for use by other departments and key stakeholders
