To support our US team based in Rockville (MD), we are looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Manager based in the Boston area, interested in working remotely from home.

In this position you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team in the US and Italy and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer .

You will manage (brief, review, publication) the development of marketing assets for the US market and content with the content generation freelancers, to promote marketing materials on owned or acquired channels to drive awareness and interest.

You will also manage social media editorial calendar and corporate accounts together with growing social media audience and referral traffic from social media channels. One of your responsibilities will be to monitor hot topics, relevant resources and blogs for our target audience, monitor targeted accounts social media channels and look for triggers.

Your activity will also include the organization and support of marketing events such as conferences, meet-ups, workshops and industry gatherings.

Finally, you will be responsible for managing all aspects from planning and promotion to event execution and event ROI analysis. You will oversee event budgets and spending and planning the promotion of events.

Metrics taken into account will be: event attendance, leads generated from events and Social Media and PR coverage.

Required skills:

• 5+ years in similar role for high growth tech company, preferably SaaS
• Managed team of freelancers and agencies to develop marketing assets
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of the AI, Enterprise Search or NLP market will be considered as a plus
• Hands on experience with Marketing Automation tools. Hubspot will be considered a plus
• Experience in an agency will be considered as a plus
