Marketing Manager, Growth Strategy
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for…
The Manager, Growth Strategy will join an entrepreneurial, analytical marketing team focused on accelerating growth. This person will lead strategy formulation and execution to drive top-line growth via new customer acquisition. As a leader on the Growth Strategy team, this person will develop a strong team of Analysts and collaborate with peers and leaders across multiple departments, thriving in an fast-paced and fun-loving environment.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Lead multi-million dollar marketing campaigns, focused on acquiring new customers
- Manage and develop a team of Analysts to execute marketing strategies to achieve our growth goals
- Develop and strengthen channel-specific strategies and analytical frameworks to optimize customer LTV economics & ROI while accelerating growth and testing
- Translate complex channel dynamics into concise and consumable executive-level presentations
- Partner with innovative digital marketing companies (e.g. Facebook, Google, emerging media and ad-tech players) to utilize new tools, techniques and advertising strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Product Management, Technology and Merchandising to achieve business results
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA a plus
- 4-6 years of combined experience in online/e-commerce direct marketing and/or strategy consulting or banking experience from a top-tier firm
- Experience leading a small team, or managing external clients/cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical horsepower and data-driven problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Tableau a plus
- Prior experience with Search and Affiliate marketing a plus, and/or Google Adwords or other ad-tech platforms
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude
