Position Overview

As a Marketing Automation Analyst, you will leverage your experience managing high-performing digital marketing campaigns for our clients in the consumer services sector. This expanding team uses our proprietary technology to create, publish and monitor digital marketing campaigns and partners with others internally and externally to develop best practices. This team is currently remote but will move to a hybrid schedule later in 2021.

Daily, your focus will be hands-on management of digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with engineering, content and network operations teams to ensure the best possible results for our clients. You will spend lots of time digging into the details, resolving problems, and working with like-minded, creative problem solvers. Your core responsibilities will include monitoring operations, identifying and resolving any obstacles that arise hour to hour.

Success in this role is based on attention to detail, a natural curiosity to seek out outliers in a process and a desire to really get to the bottom of something. This role operates somewhat independently, so confident communication skills are helpful. You will master our standard measurement protocols to monitor and report on campaign performance over the course of the day. In addition, you will learn our quality assurance protocols for campaign compliance and will develop a keen eye for configuration and opportunities for improvement.

 Responsibilities

• Onboarding, scheduling, testing, and performance monitoring of various digital marketing campaigns
• Monitoring digital marketing capacity
• Responding to and resolving operational alerts and issues during the workday
• Becoming a power user of our proprietary platform and an expert on out internal procedures
• Everyday collaboration with Engineering, Network Management, and Analytics teams to solve problems and optimize campaign results for our clients

 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in same or similar function
• Experience working as an independent contributor in a privately-held start up
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in modern productivity software such as Google Sheets, Excel & G Suite
• HTML, CSS a plus
• Ability to take on nights & weekend pager duty, as scheduled
