riskmethods is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the team of riskbusters in our Boston office! In this role, you will support the Marketing Director by assisting in the execution of regional demand generation programs supported by our global Marketing team. You will help drive top of the funnel demand and engage with mid-funnel prospects, delivering high quality leads and pipeline to our sales teams. You have a passion for becoming an expert in all relevant fields of traditional and digital marketing tactics and always keep a clear focus on the KPIs that really matter.

Requirements

What you will do:

• Help drive activation of key marketing programs to the field sales teams, and conversely communicate needs of the field back to the Marketing Director.
• Support events and webinars in North America, from event communication to coordination with the sales development and sales teams.
• Collaborate with fellow marketers on lessons learned and best practices in order to continually challenge the status quo and improve the regional marketing model.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM data, ensuring prospects are properly tracked and nurtured.

Who you are:

• You are passionate about marketing.
• You have 1+ year of related work experience, ideally in a B2B environment and/or in the software industry.
• You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels.
• You pay strong attention to detail.
• You have an entrepreneurial mind-set, work autonomously towards the right priorities and look for solutions rather than problems.
• You are an excellent communicator with highly developed verbal and written skills.
• You have strong English language skills, knowledge of German would be a plus.
