Devo is searching for a collaborative, digitally-savvy Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead coordinated development of full-funnel demand generation campaigns.

As part of the Demand Generation team, you will work with content, product and field marketing teams to build and launch campaigns that generate qualified leads, entice accounts to explore Devo, and help close new revenue business.

From crafting top-of-funnel email copy to strategizing on what content will turn opportunities into sales, your work will help tell the Devo story on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to ideatate, outline and produce campaigns mapped to persona pains across the buyer's journey
    • Perform content / buyer journey analyses to determine content requirements for future campaigns and programming
    • Partner with marketing ops and analytics peers to build reports and dashboards that illustrate contribution to leads, meetings and pipeline
    • Partner with peers within the Demand Generation team to bring campaigns to life through field marketing and digital channels
  • Lead the global webinar program-from product demos to thought leadership panels-and own the infrastructure
    • Facilitate field marketing teams to deliver targeted, regional virtual events via ON24
    • Work with growth marketing peer to optimize on-demand webinars via paid channels to drive repeatable engagement and leads
    • Work with product marketing team to run customer marketing webinars that build Devo power users, advocates, and community

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience building B2B digital marketing campaigns, including webinar program development
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing
  • Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent program management skills
  • Successful working with cross-functional teams
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
