The desired candidate will think strategically to develop, refine, and expand our branding and marketing programs. Ideally, this person is able to think creatively about our audiences, brand, and solutions to create content that excites and engages.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite and have a diverse portfolio with experience in digital and print design. In addition, ideal candidates will be excited to join a collaborative team and open to helping with other creative marketing responsibilities; including but not limited to branding, graphic design, website layouts, digital advertising, and social media. As an integral part of the Client Solutions Team, this position works closely with other marketing, consulting, and business development analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all things visual to help our brand break through the noise with unique creative and on-brand collateral. The graphic designer will be responsible for a variety of projects, including:

    • Design the layouts and visual assets of the website. Produce mock ups and implement through WordPress.

    • Develop new layouts and multimedia content for our digital presence, including email templates, digital ads, social media posts, and videos.

    • Create new displays, print signage, and collateral for upcoming conferences and events.

    • Produce educational content available to our customers through download or print, such as infographics and eBooks.

    • Create and maintain the layouts and design of company-wide templates and documentation.

  • Collaborate with other teams to produce creative content that resonates with our target audiences.

  • Be an innovative and creative thinker who is constantly imagining new ways to push the brand forward.

  • Opportunity to create software UI mockups and assets for our ongoing product redesign.

Desired Skills & Experiences:

We are looking for individuals with the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-growth business environment. We value employees who are creative, energetic, proactive, and intelligent in their thinking and actions.

  • 1-5 years of professional design experience

  • Undergraduate degree – visual arts or graphic design degree preferred, but not required

  • Expertise in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

  • Demonstrated ability to use design to break down complex topics and solve problems

  • Be a quick thinker who is willing to try new things and face new challenges

  • Demonstrated experience in web design

  • Experience in creating on-brand illustrations and icons

  • Think critically and use data to make design decisions

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - should be able to present ideas and opinions with clear reasoning and purpose

  • Video or audio editing experience is a plus

  • Experience with copywriting is a plus

  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, or CSS is a plus
