Director, Product Marketing
We, at Flywire, are looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to serve as the Director of Product Marketing. This is a critical member of our product leadership team and will be tasked with exploiting and expanding Flywire’s market-leading positions. Reporting to the VP of Product, the Director of Product Marketing plays a key role in crafting Flywire’s product positioning, packaging, and messaging. As Flywire continues to grow and scale at a rapid pace, this critical position will drive alignment, coordination and execution across multiple product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As Director of Product Marketing, you will
- Shape products positioning, packaging, messaging, and the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Flywire products
- Act as knowledge expert internally for the market, competition, and our customers
- Get buy-in from cross-functional teams by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Client Services team etc. to ensure common go-to-market themes and that product positioning and messaging are well understood and delivered consistently by all across the organization
- Develop sales collateral materials and competitive intelligence to enable the Sales team to close deals and successfully win over the competition
- Drive demand, adoption, and the overall success of the solutions
Minimum skills and qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Product driving aggressive growth and working with a geographically distributed team
- Held senior positions in software, FinTech, or payments space
- Have a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape
- Have track record in identifying key challenges, in filling market gaps, and in delivering competitive advantages to enable Sales to successfully convert prospects into customers and to increase customers satisfaction
- A start-up mentality, as well as an ability/interest in wearing multiple hats
- High attention to detail and ability to execute
