About the role:

We're seeking an entrepreneurially minded marketing leader who enjoys building differentiated partner programs, thinks strategically about where to invest resources, and gets satisfaction from executing marketing campaigns to deliver on business outcomes.

Reporting to the SVP of Integrated Marketing, you will directly impact the company's success by further developing the Quickbase partner network, defining and executing joint go-to-market strategies with key GSI, regional and alliance partners. This role will work closely with the Marketing organization and the Partner sales team to prioritize, build and scale an impactful partner program.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work cross-functionally to develop the strategy and focus for the Partner Marketing team across three key partner segments – global systems integrators, regional partners, and strategic technology alliances.
  • Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, momentum, and pipeline from Quickbase's most strategic partner accounts.
  • Execute go-to-market activities based on joint business plans and value propositions
  • Work closely with the Partner Operations team on appropriate workflows and tracking to ensure proper measurement of marketing program effectiveness.
  • Work on constant program optimization including program utilization and performed activities ROI
  • Data-driven decisioning to evaluate partner marketing activities for continuous improvement and identification of new activities
  • Extend and amplify reach of the Quickbase brand to and through partners with consistency and quality (on industry events, conferences, trade shows, partner materials etc.)
  • Work with partners on joint customer marketing activities
  • Work with Partner sales leadership to communicate impact of strategic partner initiatives including internal and partner facing presentations

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • You have 7+ years partner marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering global partner success
  • B2B and SaaS experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree
