Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a key member in driving results for the business by creating and running campaigns to acquire and engage qualified leads. This role will speak to a marketer who wants to: own and develop performance-based campaigns across multiple channels; dig deep into the data for guidance; refine, test, and optimize; and celebrate the fruits of their success. Day-in-the-Life: As a Digital Marketing Manager, a typical day may include the following…
Paid Media Planning & Channel Management:

  • Create and execute lead generation and engagement campaigns targeting ideal customer and/or account profiles
  • Build and manage end-to-end campaigns across channels such as: LinkedIn, 6sense, Facebook, etc
  • Own asset set up, management and optimization to ensure audience relevancy and campaign performance via established KPIs
  • Analyze account performance and optimize against designated metrics (contact engagement, reach, cost per acquisition, etc)
  • Develop testing strategy within channels both for on-page and off-page opportunities

Web Content Marketing:

  • Join with the Content Marketing team to identify and develop opportunities for strategic or high value keywords
  • Partner with Content and Demand Generation teams to bring content assets to life in our CMS as part of our targeted marketing campaigns
  • Seek out opportunities to optimize existing content based on web analytic metrics and SEM/SEO performance
  • Leverage web personalization to deploy optimal content and media strategy, generating increased conversions

Cross-functional process and project management:

  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, and external agency partners to drive success as a part of a cohesive digital marketing strategy
  • Run the relationship with external agency partners and supervise monthly and quarterly budgets and performance in SEM and display advertising
  • Monthly target achievement via established KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, lead/MQL generation, etc)
  • Manage against monthly budget ensuring optimal spend per channel, again mapping to established KPIs
     

Qualifications

  • Have 3- 5years of B2B marketing experience developing and executing paid media campaigns
  • Experience with SEM, SEO and SMM
  • Have a passion for digital media, with experience running lead gen campaigns at scale
  • Love digging into your data and finding opportunities to improve performance
  • Flourish with keeping a real-time pulse on campaigns, continually interpreting and applying data to optimize performance
  • Are familiar with paid media ad platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook, 6sense, GDN), marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo), web analytics (Google Analytics), content management systems (WordPress) and business intelligence (preferably Tableau)
  • Show a bias toward action; driving results and innovation is your favorite path forward
