Job Summary

The position of Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Worldwide Digital Marketing organization and help drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for our entire Nuance portfolio. As a core member of the team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support our Global demand generation efforts, working with Field Marketing Managers and other cross-functional teams to help create and execute creating high-impact, multi-touch campaigns that target decision makers from new prospects to existing customers. This Digital Marketing Specialist will help execute campaigns and tactics using various web-based technologies, content management platforms, and analytics tools.

Job Requirements

• Experience with online advertising tactics and platforms, including Google Adwords, display advertising and retargeting
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
• Understanding of Account Based Marketing tactics and execution
• Experience working with web platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Google Optimize, and other content management systems
• Support the development of new web pages, edits to existing pages, and testing those web changes for accuracy and consistency
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development and web standards
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Proven work experience with creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordination of projects concurrently

Preferred Skills

• BA/BS Degree in business management, marketing, computer science or online marketing or equivalent experience.
• Strong language skills a plus, including knowledge of French, German, Spanish and/or Italian
• Minimum 5 years of experience with knowledge of digital marketing and technology, including web analytics
• Understanding of Account Based Marketing tactics and execution
• Ability to write clear reports and maintain important records
• Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Collaborative attitude, ability to work well with team members in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized, great attention to detail, and able to prioritize
• Able to learn new systems and programs quickly
