Our internal marketing team drives some of our most important growth initiatives including our content marketing, inbound marketing, and Trellis-branded properties. Members of this team will work with a variety of people in multiple departments, all of whom share valuable industry knowledge and expertise. This role provides an opportunity to fine-tune one’s marketing skills and find out what it feels like to work in a fast-paced, creative, innovative agency environment.

Core Responsibilities
Below are some of the core responsibilities of our Digital Marketing Associates:
Content Marketing: Assist in distribution and creation of content marketing assets such as blogs, infographics, white papers, third-party publications, podcasts, video,s and interviews. Managing 3rd party content development through vendors and freelancers.
Leadership Content: The executive team is often asked to submit interviews and content to industry publications. This role will serve to manage these relationships as well as writing original content for the CRO for his Forbes and INC Magazine contributions.
Email Marketing: Assist in helping Trellis build out email marketing campaigns with new content as needed. Manage internal design and marketing resources to ensure quality and timely development of materials.
Event Marketing: Support internal marketing and sales team execute against pre-event marketing plans and further build out digital webinar strategy and execution. This function will also help support the CRO in developing event marketing opportunities and activations with major channel partners including Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, and third-party software providers.
SEO: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, heat mapping software, paid ad spend analytics and metrics, and defining how these metrics and analytics are of value to Trellis.
Relevant Experience
Below are some of the relevant experiences that would make someone a good fit for this role:
Understand search engine optimization basics
Understand Google Adwords basics
Ability to understand Google Analytics
Some prior experience working in digital marketing or social media
Exceptionally proficient in writing/English
Basic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
Interested in events, marketing, and sales/marketing campaigns
Ability to work well with the team and adapt to changing environments
Up-to-date on the latest social media trends and key social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+
Willingness to learn and utilize inbound marketing software and other marketing tools.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics
