Job Description
The Demand Generation Specialist will support Akeneo in North American demand generation strategy and execution. You’ll support an integrated strategy of paid digital, events/webinars, email marketing, social and other tactics to generate leads and ROI. This role will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and the extended marketing team.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent project-management skills, a willingness to learn and have a passion for supporting the revenue engine.
The Kinds of Things You’ll Do
- Work closely with the sales and partner teams to support territory programs and plans to deliver leads and pipeline
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support sales enablement and effective utilization of marketing campaigns and resources
- Research vendors for paid efforts (tradeshows, webinars, paid media, etc.) relevant to our market, buyer personas and verticals
- Manage the data and lead upload process to support campaign tracking and measurement
- Assist with email marketing campaigns - managing the calendar, email build and scheduling
- Support social media efforts through scheduling, monitoring and aggregating data
- Support logistics related to programs such as merchandising, signage, collateral, registration, shipping, technical set up (webinars) etc.
- Organize marketing plans for visibility and coverage
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in marketing, administration and event planning
- Prior experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- A scrappy, ‘get it done’ attitude; resourceful and creative
- You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, candor, and respect
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to adapt to change and take on new projects
