The demand programs manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating CA Veracode’s marketing campaign planning, execution, measurement and budget.  He or she is responsible for an individual campaign within the campaign hierarchy assigned to a specific marketing objective.  Campaign objectives include increasing share of voice, market share, net new opportunities, product revenue and cross-sell opportunities.

 

Role Responsibilities:

Define/support common campaign structure and elements to be used across the company

Develop overall strategy and alignment of campaign with both short and long term marketing plans

Document the responsibilities of various functions during the campaign planning and execution life cycle

Work with the business unit, product marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign planning and execution life cycle

Own campaign budget strategy; coordinate with finance for campaign budget allocation and with sales for ongoing business review

Act as the campaign quarterback for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing 

Work with marketing operations to measure campaign performance and with business leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds

Manage budget maintenance including monthly reporting, POs, accruals, and forecasting

Coordinate with key functions within marketing as they fulfill on the programs that comprise a campaign (reputation, demand creation, sales enablement, market intelligence), and the tactics that comprise these programs (production schedule)

Must have a strong sense of integrity.  Exemplify professionalism and be viewed as a direct, candid individual by colleagues.  Maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational norms in conducting internal and external business activities.  Build strong working relationships cross-functionally with members of the broader organization including:  Solution Marketing, Product Management/Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations.

Is a true team player.  Demonstrates willingness and ability to help others.  Committed to success of others on the team; shares the workload to accomplish the team goal.  Build a strong working relationship with members of the marketing team including:  Demand Center, Marketing Operations, Marketing/Corp Communications, Corporate Events, Regional Marketing

JIRA, Sales Force Automation – SFDC

Marketo or Eloqua Marketing Automation

Web Analytics, Business Intelligence, Account Intelligence
