About the Role:

Bloomreach is seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to join our US Demand Generation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating key elements for marketing events, including regional meetups, executive dinners, industry conferences, and tradeshow support. This role will work closely with the field marketing team to support high-impact experiences that drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. 

This is a fast-paced role that requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. The Marketing Event Coordinator will report to the Manager, Event Marketing and collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Operations teams on marketing programs. This role can be based in our Charlotte office or Remote within the U.S.

Your job will be to:
  • Coordinate logistics for field marketing events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, contracting, shipping, and on-site execution.
  • Follow contracting and procurement process for new vendors and payments
  • Collaborate with field marketers to execute targeted regional events that align with Bloomreach’s demand generation and pipeline goals.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and promotional strategies set by event or field team. 
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximize event impact, including pre-event communications, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that event branding, messaging, and themes align with Bloomreach’s marketing strategy.
  • Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve future field marketing programs.
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Assist in developing customer and prospect engagement opportunities at field events, including networking activities, executive meetings, and content sessions.
Your success story will be:
  • In 30 days, you will have coordinated your first event with the guidance of the event team.
  • In 90 days, you will analyze the success of your prior events.
  • In 180 days, you will share your learnings with the event team and propose new opportunities for improvement.

Professional Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or event marketing
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies 
  • Willingness to travel to attend events and conferences as needed

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000, plus bonus. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
