Content Marketing Specialist
Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. Thousands of companies use Bevi to sustainably provide their employees with pure, sparkling, and flavored water at work. As the market leader in IoT-enabled beverage machines, we’ve raised over $60M in venture capital and we’re doubling year over year. In addition to maintaining hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
The Marketing team fuels Bevi’s rapid growth by acquiring new customers, remarketing to existing customers, and building the brand and awareness of our mission. We take an ROI based approach to investing in campaigns and optimizing performance to drive the most profit for the business.
We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and polished writer to drive content strategy and create compelling content that elevates the Bevi brand and maintains a consistent voice. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers in order to produce engaging and relevant content that improves customer engagement, builds awareness, and ultimately drives sales. As part of the marketing team, you will write a wide range of content for every stage of the funnel including digital and print ad copy, social media posts, blog articles, thought leadership pieces, case studies, email, and more.
Your work will both support achieving lead generation goals and further our mission of becoming a company with even stronger brand affinity. We have ambitious goals and you will be at the heart of a start-up in high growth mode!
What you will do:
- Build and execute a content strategy (with a detailed calendar) of engaging and relevant content for our customers and prospects
- Write and manage content for ad campaigns, email campaigns, editorial site content, social media, the website, direct mail pieces, and marketing collateral
- Champion the brand voice across the organization to drive brand consistency and evolution
- Collaborate with graphic design and marketing channel owners to develop impactful creative
- Learn from Sales, Service, Product, and Engineering teams and partner continuously to improve the quality and consistency of written and verbal communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional writing experience in journalism, advertising, or marketing
- Comfortable writing both actionable short-form copy (think: subject lines, Facebook ads, etc.) and also more complex storytelling (blog posts, case studies)
- Passionate about environmental sustainability and wellness, and excited to further this mission with like-minded individuals
- Endlessly curious about the customer - their passions, needs, and pain points
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- Creativity and thoughtfulness about how written content, typography, and graphic design interrelate
- Experience with email marketing, direct mail, and/or direct response marketing campaigns
- Social media fluency
