CrunchTime is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic B2B Content & Campaigns Marketing Manager to extend our thought-leadership position in the established restaurant software space. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of our market in order to produce engaging and relevant content and cross-channel campaigns that improve prospect engagement, build awareness, and drive brand and sales.  

You will create a range of content for each prospect persona and funnel stage, and deliver it across channels including digital (i.e., website, email, mobile, social), webinars, events and media. In close partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Training and others, you’ll be responsible for creating differentiated and compelling thought leadership (i.e., blog articles, case studies, user guides, newsletters, videos, websites and more). You will partner closely with other members of the Marketing team to execute customer acquisition campaigns to drive growth for the business. This role reports into the Director of Brand Marketing and is an integral player on our growing Marketing team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously analyze content library and make recommendations for short- and long-term strategies and programs that will competitively position CrunchTime’s brand in the marketplace 
  • Develop and deliver strategic content and campaigns across a variety of channels in support our revenue goals 
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to understand our segments, their pain points and key messages needed to engage prospects and customers while enhancing our brand 
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Services, Sales, etc.) to establish persona-driven content assets 
  • Create and deliver to market targeted short- and long-form content, including buyer guides, newsletters, video scripts/storyboards, digital ads, social media posts and press releases 
  • Collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing Manager to develop content (i.e., social media posts and digital ads) that drive conversions 
  • Work with our PR firm on strategic pitches and placements 
  • Analyze content performance and uncover areas for improvement; report on results 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing and cross-channel campaign delivery; proven ability to create and execute content-based campaigns that engage and nurture B2B audiences 
  • Marketing experience within the hospitality sector is preferred but not required; software marketing experience is a prerequisite 
  • Outstanding writing skills across various content types from blogs to video scripts to user guides 
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward 
  • Ability to track performance using advanced analytical tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies based on metrics; create and deliver metrics reporting 
  • HubSpot CRM and Salesforce skills a big plus 
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability 
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, business or marketing preferred
