About the role: 

We're seeking a data-driven, creative and entrepreneurial thinker to develop the campaign strategy, across offline and digital channel mix, as well as orchestrate execution and optimization of Quickbase campaigns. You'll need to balance strategic thinking with execution, testing and learning on the fly by using the most relevant marketing tactics for the target audience in the built environment and associated market verticals. You are experienced in developing campaigns from the ground up, scoping the business impact from campaigns and enjoy bringing together cross-functional expertise to bring educational programs to life that surface the voice of experts in our customers, partners and internal base.

Responsibilities 

  • Leading the development, execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns to gain new customers and build repeatable, high performing campaigns 

  • Innovate and experiment with programs within the campaign with continuous improvement and building on successes 

  • Communicate campaign progress, impact, and identify gaps in execution or resources needed 

  • Improve new campaigns using data-driven decisioning and qualitative feedback from existing and previous projects 

  • Orchestrate and deliver global campaigns and programs such as nurture paths, webinars, paid campaigns, and new content assets, that both generate pipeline and increase conversion throughout the sales funnel, with a focus on planning, execution, and optimization 

  • Create and communicate campaign performance and results on regular business reviews monthly and quarterly 

 

 

 

Desired Skills / Experience 

  • 10+ years of campaign management experience in B2B marketing 

  • SaaS products experience 

  • Agile marketing a plus 

  • ABM experience a plus 

  • Experience using a broad array of marketing tactics as well as applying account-based approach to create marketing plans 

  • Marketing measurement including tactic performance, optimization and pipeline conversion
