Ideally you have related educational experience in marketing or communications with 3+ years experience working with a brand team or marketing organization, preferably in eCommerce or on the agency side. Most of all, you are super energized to work for a pretty awesome brand that's changing the game in the alcohol industry.

What the role is

In this Brand Manager role, you’ll play an integral role on the Brand & Marketing team, bringing the vision for the Drizly brand to life alongside the Director of Brand, as a creative quarterback and brand steward. This is a critical role in realizing Drizly’s long term mission of becoming synonymous with alcohol.

You’ll create and execute partnerships, content and programs designed to make Drizly customers’ good times even better. You will work closely with the creatives on the Brand team and manage projects against some of Drizly’s biggest priorities by teaming up with our CRM, Category Management, Acquisition, Product and Strategic Partnerships teams. One example would be interpreting the vision of a global alcohol brand into an actionable timeline for a brand activation campaign. 

In this role you will:

  • Serve as an arbiter of the Drizly brand, ensuring consistency across the organization and contributing to the refinement of positioning, messaging, branding as necessary 
  • Develop engaging and compelling programs that create emotional connections with our customers to build awareness and brand love
  • Oversee brand content calendar and lead execution, including content development and management of external social media manager 
  • Leverage partner relationships to create content and programs that deliver on our brand objectives
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and direction to translate strategy into action
  • Support brand program execution for various alcohol supplier partnerships
  • Lead internal creative development, developing processes that increase the efficiency and output of our creative team and deliver against our internal clients’ respective KPIs
  • Develop creative briefs and tickets for brand-related programs with inspiring insights and clear objectives
  • Support agency creative and PR relationships on various initiatives
  • Execute research to uncover consumer insights that inform Drizly’s long-term business and marketing strategies, as well as serve as inspiration for PR storylines
  • Participate in brand and product strategy discussions to develop and execute ideas that improve the customer and brand experience
  • Track and manage brand and creative performance, providing recommendations for future action
