Affiliate Marketing Manager - Europe

Central to our success is the ability to rapidly integrate, grow, and optimize our brands after they join our platform, and expand them into overseas markets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical growth marketer who can build and accelerate our affiliate marketing capabilities in Europe as we introduce more of our super-star products into international marketplaces.
Responsibilities
This Europe-focused affiliate marketing manager will be a key part of the Perch growth team. Perch is fundamentally a new model in ecommerce with our broad, and constantly evolving set of winning microbrands that span a wide swath of categories. As we forge ahead, we have the opportunity to build a new model for engaging the broader ecommerce ecosystem. This role will be responsible for helping to define what that engagement model looks like at scale. This person will have the following core responsibilities:
- Growing existing relationships overseas: collaborate closely with our existing U.S.-based publishing partners with EU and UK affiliate strategies to help them maximize the value of our partnership in European markets. Includes working closely with our brand teams to develop a regular cadence of data-driven tailored pitches.
- Establishing new relationships: develop win-win relationships with publishers, influencers, deal sites, and blogs with Europe-heavy audiences and sizable Amazon Associates businesses.
- Success Analysis: Track performance of various affiliate relationships and specific events to measure ROI. You will also work with our affiliate analyst and our product team to develop data-driven toolsets and reporting infrastructure to help automate and scale our partner relationships.
- Build and maintain a close knowledge of industry developments to seek out additional opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Be additive to our culture of challenging the status quo and having a low ego.
About You
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and action-oriented individual with a minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a marketing-related field to join our growth team. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has great attention to detail, and is able to work both independently and in collaboration with a diverse group of people.
