ABM Marketing Manager - Contract


Our Marketing team is looking to bring on a full-time contractor who will play a crucial role in demand generation, primarily  executing ChaosSearch ABM marketing campaigns against named target accounts. The ABM Marketing Contractor will be responsible for contributing to our quarterly pipeline targets for ChaosSearch by leveraging best-in-class ABM campaign methodologies and an account-based marketing framework to drive engagement, lead acquisition, qualified lead creation, sourced pipeline and closed-won business. The ideal contractor has had previous success managing ABM marketing campaigns, and shines when working in a cross-functional environment.  


The Role

  • Manage  the end to end operation of a 3rd party ABM platform, to develop and execute multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns - strategy, execution, optimization and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing functions, sales, and management teams to drive timely completion of deliverables per program, and channel - including digital, events, nurturing and marketing operations
  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to maximize yield from all campaigns, using pipeline as a primary KPI success metric, while coordinating ABM campaign touches across marketing and sales functions
  • Define goals in the development and execution of ABM campaigns that seamlessly integrate into company-wide business objectives
  • Reporting and analysis of ABM  marketing campaigns, and present recommendations, reports, and findings to the broader organization.
  • Manage the development of programs, segmented lists, automations, workflows and reports across the marketing technology stack for your campaigns, ensuring that all marketing operations work is executed flawlessly.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing campaign or demand generation role. Previous experience at a B2B SaaS organization is preferred
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using a major ABM platform (i.e. Triblio, Terminus, 6sense, etc), SFDC, HubSpot, or comparable platforms
  • Experience building and scaling campaigns for enterprise segments globally. Ideally focused on selling to enterprise IT, DevOps, and Analytics teams
  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing, as well as modern demand generation strategies 
  • Willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and be a practitioner across different parts of the marketing organization
  • Ability to contract on a full-time basis managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role
