Marketing Technical Lead

KBR is seeking a Marketing Technical Lead to support KBR’s Science and Space division.
We provide solutions for NASA, federal-civilian agencies, the U.S. Department of Defense and commercial customers. Our services include astronaut training, health and human performance as well as a wide range of spacecraft and satellite development, operations and support services. In this role, you will be part of a groundbreaking opportunity to support the marketing and business development initiatives across a wide-ranging portfolio for government and private sector customers. This position offers a hybrid work environment.
The Marketing Technical Lead will be responsible for the research, design, development and execution of a coordinated outreach and engagement strategy aligned with KBR’s corporate brand identity and existing portfolio programs.
The Marketing Technical Lead will be responsible for assessing community outreach needs and collaborating with the project team to develop approaches, strategies, and messaging to achieve the program objectives. This includes above average ability to build community, partner, and customer relationships. The Marketing Technical Lead will provide the point of coordination as well as interface with teams outside of the region as appropriate. A key aspect of this role assists assigned Market Liaisons in developing, executing, evaluating and modifying, and collecting vital data to ensure continuous improvement and program effectiveness across internal programs and key objectives.
This position is anticipated to require travel approximately 10-15% of time.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in the field of Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Years of Experience: 10+ years of marketing, event planning and execution and outreach experience.
- Prior experience researching, assessing, implementing, and coordinating brand development and execution activities.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing creative marketing and outreach tools, i.e. print, audio, video, social media.
- Experience in behavioral health, brain health, wellness or similar initiatives.
- Prior experience working with government agencies and private sector customers in business development, B2B marketing, sales or a similar capacity.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- Experience in behavioral health, brain health, wellness, and resilience markets preferred.
- Experience in military and veteran markets.
