Marketing Systems Associate
As the Marketing Systems Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, implementation, and optimization of CRM and ILS technologies within our national ticketing platform. You will also provide strategic marketing systems support to a portfolio of properties, working closely with operational leadership and vendor partners to enhance marketing performance, streamline technology integrations, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and troubleshoot CRM and ILS technologies within the national ticketing platform, ensuring optimal performance, data accuracy, and system connectivity across all properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, managing tickets, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating solutions between internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with operational leadership to maintain successful property marketing efforts that support leasing goals and operational objectives.
- Leverage centralized marketing resources, individual expertise, and vendor partnerships to develop and execute effective marketing system strategies.
- Analyze leasing and marketing performance data; prepare and present insights and recommendations to operational leadership and clients.
- Define and track short-term and long-term goals with measurable KPIs, using system data to inform marketing and technology decisions.
- Provide marketing systems training and best practices to Regional Managers and on-site teams, promoting consistency and CRM adoption.
- Support marketing campaign execution and automation setup across CRM and ILS environments to drive qualified traffic and enhance lead-to-lease performance.
- Assist in onboarding and transition processes for property management systems (PMS), including digital asset integration and marketing technology setup.
- Travel Requirement: This position may entail travel, estimated at 5% of work time annually for internal meetings.
Education & Experience
Required:
- Proven experience supporting marketing systems or technology operations within the Real Estate Property Management industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with Property Management Software – Yardi, Onesite, Entrata.
- Experience with industry-related CRMs – Elise AI, Knock, etc.
- Experience with PMS Onboarding & Transitions – receive digital assets, integrate PMS, and implement marketing recommendations.
- Experience managing Marketing Contracts – coordinating solution implementation with ILS, technology, and integration partners.
- Proficiency in CRM Adoption and performance monitoring – identifying and addressing sites performing below KPI thresholds.
- Experience with System Debugging – using Freshservice or similar ticketing platforms to resolve connectivity and data-sync issues between native platforms and third-party software.
- Experience with Marketing Automation – implementing workflows and integrations across marketing and leasing systems.
