Job Description

You will be part of the Integrated Marketing team and reports to the Sales Operations Manager. You will support sales tools optimization, Salesforce reporting, and process documentation, while collaborating with teams like Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Help organize and improve sales tools (cadences, templates, tags, user profiles, automations) to improve usability and consistency across platforms.
  • Support the maintenance and cleanup of Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data fields to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Participate in meetings and projects with teams to understand how Sales Excellence drives understanding and execution.
  • Help maintain internal documentation for main systems, workflows, and operational processes

Qualifications

  • Currently pursue a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
  • Interest in sales operations, process improvement, and collaboration.
