Position Overview

Creation Technologies is seeking a Marketing Specialist early in their career who is eager to build hands-on experience across brand marketing, demand generation, and corporate communications.

This role is ideal for someone 2–5 years out of college who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced B2B environment and wants exposure to multiple aspects of marketing while working closely with sales and internal stakeholders.

You will help execute marketing programs that support revenue growth, strengthen Creation’s brand presence, and enhance internal and external communications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Programs

  • Support execution of brand and awareness initiatives across digital and offline channels
  • Assist with development and coordination of marketing campaigns aligned to Creation’s industry verticals
  • Maintain brand consistency across presentations, collateral, and digital assets
  • Help manage marketing content calendars and campaign timelines

Demand Generation Support

  • Partner with marketing leadership and sales teams to support lead-generation initiatives
  • Assist with webinars, events, trade shows, and campaign execution
  • Coordinate marketing assets including case studies, emails, landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Support CRM and marketing platform activities (campaign setup, tracking, reporting)

Internal & External Communications

  • Draft and edit communications including:
    • LinkedIn posts
    • Website updates
    • Customer announcements
    • Internal employee communications
  • Support employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR and recruiting
  • Help coordinate company announcements and employee engagement communications

Sales Enablement

  • Create and update sales presentations and marketing collateral
  • Ensure sales teams have access to current messaging and materials
  • Support cross-functional alignment between marketing and commercial teams

Marketing Operations & Coordination

  • Track project timelines and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Assist with performance reporting and campaign analytics
  • Coordinate with external vendors and creative partners when needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of marketing or communications experience (internships included)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, technology, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns
  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Event or webinar coordination experience
  • Basic analytics/reporting experience
