Your Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns: Transform recruitment goals and business needs into engaging campaigns to attract top-tier candidates.
- Enhance brand awareness at key universities: Develop and implement strategies to boost IMC's brand presence at target universities, positioning the company as an employer of choice for top talent.
- Create and manage compelling content: Design and oversee the production of marketing materials, including masterclasses, educational content, brochures, and giveaways, that highlight our unique company culture and attract potential candidates.
- Manage social media content: Oversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of local content across IMC's global social media channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand messaging and engages our target audience.
- Manage our talent pools: Oversee direct marketing campaigns to build and nurture our talent pool.
- Lead creative projects: Manage photography and film shoots, including vendor selection, storytelling through employee stories, and reviewing creative assets.
- Oversee branded merchandise: Coordinate the design and production of branded merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate globally: Work with our global marketing team on international projects, including partnerships, competitions, and hackathons.
- Drive innovation: Bring new ideas to the table, exploring opportunities to contribute to broader initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in marketing, with a focus on employer branding and digital marketing.
- Creative and strategic thinking: A talent for crafting engaging content that resonates across various platforms.
- Project management skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Event management experience: Expertise in organizing both virtual and in-person events.
- Social media savvy: Experience in creating content for social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Digital marketing proficiency: Familiarity with CMS, CRM, community management, and executing campaigns from either a brand or agency perspective.
