About YouWe are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive community engagement, social media growth, and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and passionate about building meaningful connections that accelerate pipeline and strengthen retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
Community & Social Engagement
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to grow Flosum’s audience across platforms.
- Engage with customers and industry communities to build advocacy and thought leadership.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
- Build and coordinate the campaign assets for webinars and other virtual events.
- Support international event efforts as needed
Content & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to amplify campaigns and events.
- Package and promote high-value assets such as webinars, white papers, and case studies.
- Support EMEA and global teams with localized content as needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, audience growth, and social-driven pipeline impact.
- Provide recommendations to optimize community initiatives and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and engagement strategy.
Support event planning and execution for virtual and in-person events.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or community management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and community engagement best practices.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, social listening tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
