About Re:Build

At Re:Build, our mission is to ensure the next generation of important products are made, at scale, in America. We are laying the foundation for a better future for our customers, employees, and communities by revitalizing America's manufacturing base and creating meaningful jobs across the country, including in historically deindustrialized regions.

We operate an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform that partners with industrial companies and innovators to take products from first concept to full-scale production in critical verticals including aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation.

The way we operate is as important as the work we do. It's guided by The Re:Build Way, 16 principles that shape how we collaborate with each other, partner with our customers and vendors, and contribute to the communities where we operate. (link to The Re:Build Way principles)

Who We Are Looking For

Head of Sales Programs & Collateral is a newly created, high-visibility leadership role responsible for building and leading Re:Build's Sales Programs & Collateral function—the team that transforms Re:Build's technical and manufacturing expertise into the proposals, case studies, decks, and pitches that win business. Reporting to the CMO, this leader manages a small, senior team of technical/proposal writers and collateral specialists and partners directly with strategic account managers and executive sales leadership to equip the field with data-driven, persuasive materials for complex, multi-capability B2B and B2G pursuits.

This role develops the narrative frameworks, positioning, and value-based selling tools that connect Re:Build's capabilities to customer outcomes, informed by competitive intelligence and real customer insight. The ideal candidate is equally effective advising executive sponsors on pursuit strategy and building the AI-enabled systems and templates that allow a lean team to produce high-quality collateral at scale. Success in this role is measured by how much of that content directly contributes to closed/won business and speed to close.

What You Get To Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (day-to-day)

  • Sales Enablement & Collateral
    • Own end-to-end development of proposals, case studies, decks, white papers, and presentations for major pursuits and named accounts.
    • Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and an asset library so the team can produce high-quality, on-brand collateral quickly and consistently.
    • Lead responses to RFPs and major multi-capability program pursuits alongside Commercial and technical subject-matter experts.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling & Positioning
    • Translate customer insight, market trends, and competitive intelligence into narratives and value-based selling frameworks that differentiate Re:Build.
    • Partner with Vertical Marketing and market leads to ensure collateral reflects segment-specific messaging and go-to-market strategy.
    • Own executive-facing sales narratives and talking points for key pursuits and strategic relationships.
  • Executive & Strategic Account Partnership
    • Serve as the primary marketing partner to strategic account managers and executive sales leadership on their highest-priority pursuits.
    • Advise on pursuit strategy, competitive positioning, and how best to sequence and present content through a deal cycle.
  • Team & Systems Leadership
    • Lead and develop a small team including technical/proposal writers and collateral specialists.
    • Design and own AI-enabled systems and workflows that scale personalized content production without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.
    • Establish the reporting and tracking needed to tie collateral back to pipeline and revenue outcomes, in partnership with Marketing Ops & Analytics.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or revenue/GTM marketing, ideally supporting complex, long-cycle B2B or B2G sales.
  • Demonstrated track record building narrative frameworks, sales plays, and enablement programs that measurably influenced pipeline or revenue.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership, strategic account managers, or executive stakeholders on live pursuits.
  • Working fluency with AI-enabled tools and workflows for content generation, personalization, and scaling enablement programs.
  • Strong executive presence, with excellent written and verbal storytelling skills.
