Job Summary
The Marketing/Sales Coordinator is an entry-level, fully remote role responsible for supporting marketing initiatives across digital channels and sales funnel while assisting in the production and promotion of the company’s podcast. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with foundational experience who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and other digital channels
- Assist with content creation, including marketing copy, graphics, and basic multimedia assets
- Maintain marketing calendars, workflows, and documentation
- Use CRM tools to manage contacts, campaigns, and reporting
- Track, organize, and report on marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
Podcast Production & Promotion
- Assist with podcast planning, scheduling, and episode coordination
- Support remote recording sessions and basic audio setup
- Edit or coordinate editing of podcast episodes at a basic level
- Draft show notes, episode descriptions, and promotional copy
- Upload and publish episodes to podcast hosting platforms
- Promote podcast episodes through email, CRM campaigns, and social media channels
- Repurpose podcast content into social posts, email content, or blog drafts
Administrative & Team Support
- Organize marketing and sales assets and files using Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Support CRM data hygiene and campaign setup
- Assist with vendor coordination and general marketing administration as needed
- Assist with Sales Team administrative tasks
- Assist with conference scheduling and data management
Work Environment
- Fully remote position
- Standard business hours on Eastern Time zone. (8:30am-5:30pm ET)

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or producing a podcast
- Familiarity with podcast editing tools (e.g., Riverside and Adobe Premier Pro)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics
- Experience repurposing content across multiple channels
